Goldenbets does not charge any deposit fees. However, certain payment providers may apply their own charges, for which goldenbets bears no responsibility.

Goldenbets is committed to returning members' winnings quickly and without hassle. Withdrawal rules:

1. Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
2. Withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts are processed within 5–30 minutes
3. Identity verification is mandatory for single withdrawals of ৳10,000 or more
4. The daily maximum withdrawal limit is determined by the member's account level.
5. Winnings from bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

The following rules apply when placing bets at goldenbets:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed (except via the cash-out option).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system or technical error, goldenbets reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match is abandoned or does not take place, the related bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid
• Goldenbets reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and, where necessary, suspend bets pending review

Goldenbets offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. To be eligible for these benefits, the following general conditions must be met:

• Each bonus offer has its own Specific Wagering Requirements — typically a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x the bonus amount applies
• A deadline applies to meet the wagering requirement — if not fulfilled within the time limit, the bonus will be forfeited
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering — slots may count at 100%, table games at 10–20%, and Sports Betting at 50–100%.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, address, or device
• Goldenbets reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion for specific reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on goldenbets and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse — attempting to gain undue advantage by violating the terms of a bonus
• Fraud via chargebacks or payment disputes
• Using another person's account or payment method
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods

Circumstances under which goldenbets may close or suspend an account on its own initiative:

1. If clear evidence of a breach of these Terms is found
2. In cases of suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering
3. If evidence of account use by a minor is found
4. In the case of extended inactivity (over 12 months)
5. At the direction of a regulatory authority

Members may request to close their account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so.

Inactive Accounts: If there is no account activity for 12 months, the account will be marked inactive and a maintenance fee of ৳100 per month will be deducted. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.

Goldenbets takes the privacy of members' personal data seriously. Our core principles for data use:
